Sub-processors

1. Current sub-processors

Last changed 29 September 2026. These companies process personal information for Obel-MS or this website, only for the purpose shown:

• Google Cloud: Hosting of Obel-MS: application, database, document storage and backups. Location: The region the customer chooses.
• Paddle: Payments, invoices and tax, as Merchant of Record for our orders. Location: United Kingdom and United States.
• Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service): Transactional email from Obel-MS, such as invitations and expiry alerts. Location: The customer’s region where available.
• Google Workspace: Our own email and documents, including support conversations. Location: Global.
• Web3Forms: Delivery of the forms on this website. Location: United States.
• OpenAI: AI metadata extraction and summaries, only for workspaces whose organisation chooses it. Location: United States by default.

2. Changes

We tell customers at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, and they can object. To get notices, make sure the admin email on your account is current, or write to chat@obel-ai.com.

3. Integrations you set up

If your team sets up an integration, such as a webhook or Power Automate, Obel-MS sends the data you choose to the destination you choose. That destination is your own processor, not ours, so it is not on this list.
