Obel AI & Quality started as a quality and AI consultancy. We helped small and mid-sized companies get ready for ISO 9001 and make sense of their data. We also automated the parts of their operations that didn’t need a person doing them by hand.

Client after client, the same problem showed up: a quality management system running in spreadsheets, shared drives and email threads. Supplier certificates nobody could find on the day an auditor asked for them. Document versions drifted apart. Nobody could prove which approvals had happened.

We built Obel-MS to be the document control and workflow system we kept wishing our clients already had. Now we offer it as a hosted service: we run it, back it up and maintain it, so a quality manager can get on with quality work instead of IT work.

Consulting is still what we do. If you need help implementing a QMS, preparing for an audit or training your team, that work continues alongside the software, often using Obel-MS as the system it runs on.
